Using EmbedFlows
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content and branding you submit. You grant EmbedFlows the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content as part of the service. You confirm that you have the rights required to use and embed all submitted content.
Acceptable use
You may not use EmbedFlows to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access or usage controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or publish unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.
Plans, payments, and refunds
Prices and included features are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the displayed payment provider. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, purchases are billed once for the selected license. Refund rights, if any, are governed by the checkout terms and applicable consumer law.
Third-party services
EmbedFlows can depend on third-party platforms such as YouTube and PayPal. Their services and content are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or actions controlled by those providers.
Service availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep EmbedFlows reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, use creates risk or legal exposure, or continued operation is no longer practical. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. EmbedFlows is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Changes and contact
