Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name and email address, payment and subscription records, videos or player settings you submit, and basic technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and usage events. Payment card or PayPal credentials are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by EmbedFlows.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, create and manage accounts, process purchases, deliver embedded players, measure performance, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability and usability.
Video platforms and embeds
Players may request content from third-party video platforms, including YouTube and YouTube No-Cookie. Those providers may receive technical information when a player loads or is used. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only when needed to operate the service, including with hosting, analytics, email-verification, and payment providers; when required by law; or to protect users, EmbedFlows, and the public. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and necessary retention obligations. You can also stop using the service and avoid optional analytics by not loading an EmbedFlows player.
Children
EmbedFlows is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
